Welcome to the annual flagship conference, International Conference on Materials Science and Engineering. The conference will be held in Bali, the Land of the Gods during June 15-17, 2020. While choosing our venue we keep in mind availability of best possible facilities and ease of access. We hope our attendees will appreciate our selection of venue and date.
The official Language of the conference is English. Translation and interpreting services will not be available.
The submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed, accepted and registered abstracts will be published into supporting journals only after presentation during the conference, which will be sent for major indexing, such as Google Scholar and SCOPUS, etc.
The summer month of June is the best time to visit Bali when the weather is driest and the days are sunny. The average temperature in June is 27°C (80°F), while the average low is 22°C (72°F), and the average high comes in at 31°C (88°F).
We encourage participants to dress comfortably in business casual attire. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure your personal comfort.
Please arrive at the conference room at least 30 minutes before your session begins. There may be changes to the conference program, for which participants will be notified in a timely manner. There is free Wi-Fi in the conference room. Electrical outlets will not be available for use due to safety reasons. As a courtesy to speakers and other participants, mobile phones must be turned to silent before entering the sessions. The event will be photographed. If you are taking photos, please turn off your flash. The distribution of advertising messages in any form is strictly prohibited, except for exhibitors/sponsors.
The visa regulations for Indonesia have been simplified greatly over the last few years. If you only want to visit as a tourist for less than 30 days, then citizens of more than 160 countries have nothing to worry about. Just make sure the passport is valid 12 months! Please check first below if your country is listed under the 160 countries that have visa exemption. If so, then you only need to worry about your length of stay. Below 30 days is no problem. If your country is not listed then you need to apply for a Visa with an Indonesian Embassy or consulate abroad (outside of Indonesia).
